communicate with Mr. J. Kennelly a brother of the lunatic resident in Lahore

d to ascertain his wishes as to the disposal of T.7. Kennelly.

The natural course would seem to be to make mu J.

Kennelly committee of his brother. The Colonial Office Ihave been respected to instruct the Offices Adm? the Gout of Hongkong to give direction

for the detention of the lunatic

at Hongkong until you have made definite arrangement

with his brother.
